Volleyball and football,basketball and known as the "three big ball",has a strong mass base,is one of the world's most popular sports.In middle school students,volleyball is also favored by the majority of students,at present,many secondary schools have opened a volleyball course,and some schools have the volleyball class as a compulsory course for students.The literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods,survey of 21 middle schools in Dongcheng District of Beijing 21 volleyball teachers and 1050 of learning volleyball class students,grasp the present situation of teaching,and then on the impact of factors,Dongcheng District,Peking City middle school volleyball teaching to be analysis,to explore the development strategy,to promote the Beijing middle school volleyball teaching quality to improve the contribution to the force.Its conclusions are as follows:1 Dongcheng District Beijing high school students,although very interested in volleyball,the hope for the study of volleyball is higher,but the satisfaction of volleyball class is not high.At present,the teaching of volleyball can't meet the actual needs of the students.2.Although,Dongcheng District,Peking City,engaged in Volleyball Teaching of teachers with high professional quality,most of the teachers of volleyball have higher interest,but the lack of sport volleyball teachers,teachers strength is relatively weak,academic titles and the structure of low.3 from Dongcheng District Beijing Middle School Volleyball Curriculum Reform and development point of view,whether in the introduction of professional talents,facilities,or in the professional equipment and other aspects of the investment needs to be further improved.4 Beijing Dongcheng District secondary school volleyball class slants little,teaching low frequency;technology assessment based assessment;most teachers use the traditional teaching method and teaching means,modern teaching methods to widely used.
