Hundreds of years of plan,education is the foundation,education Program,teachers are the foundation.Education is the source of social and economic development, the competition among countries is the competition of science and technology, in the final analysis is the competition of talents, and the training of talents depends on education. 21's is the era of knowledge economy, it is the information age, and put forward higher requirements for talents. As the first element of the education system, the teachers put forward new requirements. United Nations Educational, scientific and Cultural Organization in the development of "teachers' information and dissemination of technical ability standard" stressed: teachers should succeed in integrating information technology into the classroom, the use of new technology and new methods to carry out teaching activities. Building a contingent of primary and secondary school teachers to adapt to the future classroom is the key to the implementation of the new curriculum reform of basic education. Therefore, to strengthen the training of teachers' information technology ability has become an urgent requirement of the current education and teaching reform. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze the four primary and secondary school teacher training institutions training model, and found that the current information technology capacity training in the existing problems and deficiencies, and put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.This paper is the idea of training of all domestic and foreign teachers' information technology training mode and four training institutions are summarized,the teachers' quality structure theory, the theory of teachers' professional development,adult learning theory, teacher training institutions responsible for the four teachers' information technology ability of primary and middle schools in Jiangxi through the analysis of the project a open education, China: continuing education network, China education television and Chinese teacher training network is analyzed in detail. The training mode of various training institutions of the strengths and weaknesses, and find out what they have in common, combined with the author involved in the project training experience, the teachers' information technology ability training mode to provide some improvement strategies, in order to provide reference in training of information technology to enhance the ability of Engineering project.
