Hundreds of years of plan,education is the foundation,education Program,teachers are the foundation.Education is the source of social and economic development, the competition among countries is the competition of science and technology, in the final analysis is the competition of talents, and the training of talents depends on education. 21's is the era of knowledge economy, it is the information age, and put forward higher requirements for talents. As the first element of the education system, the teachers put forward new requirements. United Nations Educational, scientific and Cultural Organization in the development of "teachers' information and dissemination of technical ability standard" stressed: teachers should succeed in integrating information technology into the classroom, the use of new technology and new methods to carry out teaching activities. Building a contingent of primary and secondary school teachers to adapt to the future classroom is the key to the implementation of the new curriculum reform of basic education. Therefore, to strengthen the training of teachers' information technology ability has become an urgent requirement of the current education and teaching reform.
