The development of teachers is related to the quality of education,so the development of teachers has to be paid attention to.More and more researchers are aware of the importance of teacher's independent development,and teacher story study is an independent study method suitable for teacher development and a good choice to promote teachers' growth.It is worthy of in-depth research by researchers.This research mainly uses the literature analysis method and case study method to sort out relevant data,and build a teacher story training mode from six aspects:training view,goal orientation,elements and structure,activity sequence,activity variant,and evaluation.This study is divided into the following five parts:The introduction introduces the research background and research significance from both realistic and theoretical perspectives.It defines the core concepts of "teacher story training" and "teacher story training mode".The literature related to "teacher professional development","teacher narrative research" and "teacher development model" were combed and analyzed.In addition,the core issues of the research,the research goals,content,ideas,and methods were clarified.The first chapter explains the concept of the teacher story training mode and classifies the teacher story training mode,that is,the teacher story autonomous growth training mode,the teacher story team assisted growth training mode,and the teacher story team shared growth training mode.The second chapter takes Teacher Zhiping Gu as a case study object,and sorts out the process of teacher Zhiping Gu's growth through teacher story study,and constructed the training mode of teacher story autonomy growth.The third chapter takes Teacher L and the CM Middle School Biology Teaching and Research Group as the case study objects,and combs the CM Middle School Biology Teaching and Research Group to help Teacher L to solve problems and gain growth,and constructed the training mode of the teacher story team assisted growth.The fourth chapter takes the CM Middle School Biology Teaching and Research Group as the case study object,and through combing the CM Middle School Biology Teaching and Research Group to organize the subject discussion,practice exploration and other processes to improve the team's propositional ability,and constructed the training mode of the teacher story team shared growth.The conclusion of Chapter 5 summarizes the enlightenment,insufficient research and prospects of the three training modes.
