With the development of teaching practice, stratified teaching has become one of the hot topics in the research of basic education practice and teaching research in contemporary China. Now most schools take the total score to placement, this model is one-sided, is not conducive to the development of students’ personality and all-round development. Therefore, this paper focuses on the study of the hierarchical teaching of Ideological and political education in senior middle school. In terms of the subject of Ideological and political science, most people think that the difference between the students is not large, from the knowledge to master the knowledge of the subject is strong, just recite. Through practice, students in the understanding of the concept of the ideological and political science are different, in the use of knowledge point of greater differences. Modern education advocates for all students, students should reflect the teaching principle in the process of education. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out ideological and political teaching in middle school. In the process of the implementation of hierarchical teaching, ideological and political teachers can cultivating students sense of competition through try to overtake each other situation, continue to enhance the students’ interest in the discipline of Ideological and political. This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, comparative method, interview and classroom observation, the current situation and Countermeasures on the part of the five layers of high school ideological and political teaching research: the first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad the research methods and innovations; the second part is the meaning and characteristics of the high school ideological and political teaching were elaborated; the third part is the interpretation of the necessity and principle of the implementation of high school ideological and political teaching, necessity is carried out teaching malpractice, the professional growth of teachers and the new curriculum reform, the new curriculum standard from the traditional class analysis that principle is discussed from facing to all, subject characteristics, dynamic and motivation; the fourth part is the high school ideological and Political Teaching Discussed the current situation, mainly includes three aspects, namely the status investigation, existing problems, and existing problems; finally, carries on the elaboration on the implementation of the specific countermeasures of high school ideological and political stratification teaching, mainly from the hierarchical planning, hierarchical teaching, hierarchical arrangement of exercises and industry, stratified counseling, hierarchical testing and evaluation are discussed in this paper.
