China's education and teaching has been exploring a more optimized direction,such as the implementation of the 6-choice-three plan for the reform of Shandong's new college entrance examination in 2017,and the Standards for Ideological and Political Courses for General High Schools(2017 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as "new curriculum standards")the teaching content has been updated,the curriculum structure has been optimized,and the quality of academic level and the core literacy of the students have been graded.These changes are all to better meet the development needs of students in various aspects.Hidden hierarchical teaching can better adapt to these changes,better cultivate students' core literacy from the students' actual situation,better achieve classroom teaching goals,so as to better serve the development of students,but now there is not enough research in the academic circles on implicit hierarchical teaching,so the hidden layered teaching is studied.Based on the investigation of a large number of materials,this article has conducted a study on the implementation of implicit hierarchical teaching in ideological and political classes in high schools on the basis of a survey of experimental middle schools in a city in Shandong Province.This article elaborates on the contents of four parts.The first part mainly explains the relevant concepts,characteristics,principles and stratification standards of implicit hierarchical teaching;The second part mainly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of implicit hierarchical teaching in high school ideological and political courses.the third part mainly introduces the implementation of implicit hierarchical teaching in an experimental middle school in a city in Shandong Province,and analyzes the implicit hierarchical teaching mode in high school by combining specific lessons,student questionnaires and teacher interviews the advantages shown in the teaching practice of political class,the deficiencies exposed and the reasons for the deficiencies,among which the advantages are mainly from improving the student's subjectivity,creating a good teaching atmosphere,implementing the requirements of the new curriculum standards,achieving teaching goals and improving the five aspects of the teaching evaluation system are analyzed,and the exposed deficiencies and their causes are discussed and analyzed from the three levels of school,teacher and student;the fourth part is mainly directed at the hidden layered teaching in high school targeted suggestions made by the deficiencies exposed during the implementation of the ideological and political lesson are also analyzed from three levels:school,teacher,and student.Through research,we believe that the implementation of implicit hierarchical teaching in high school ideological and political classes should fully consider the stratification factors,not publish the stratification results to students,respect the individual differences of students,help to promote the students' subjectivity,and stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning and enthusiasm is also conducive to the implementation of the requirements of the new curriculum standards and classroom teaching objectives.However,there are still some problems in the implementation of implicit hierarchical teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools,and corresponding measures need to be taken to improve.
