The hierarchical teaching of high school ideological and political class starts from the students' personality characteristics,understands and respects the students' differences,and the ideological and political teachers level the students according to the students' academic performance,learning methods,learning habits,learning interest and students' consciousness,and then set targeted teaching objectives and adopt targeted teaching methods according to the students of different levels Classroom training and teaching evaluation,at the same time in the specific classroom teaching according to the actual situation of students to adjust the level of a teaching model.According to the actual situation of the No.1 Middle School in Jiahe County,Hunan Province,in the hierarchical teaching of high school ideological and political class,the three principles of hierarchical teaching in class,invisible hierarchical teaching and dynamic adjustment are adopted,forming a complete set of hierarchical teaching implementation links of high school ideological and political class,including students' hierarchical teaching,teaching goal hierarchical teaching,teaching method hierarchical teaching,classroom practice hierarchical teaching and students' evaluation hierarchical teaching.The teaching principles of hierarchical teaching in the ideological and political class of Hunan Jiahe No.1 middle school basically meet the reality of the school,and the hierarchical teaching objectives stimulate students' interest in learning.But there are also some problems,such as the standard of "students' consciousness" is not in place,the lack of operability of classroom teaching method stratification,the lack of pertinence of classroom practice stratification,the "one size fits all" phenomenon of evaluation methods.The reason is that it is difficult to quantify the ideological consciousness standard,which restricts the grasp of the hierarchical standard,the professional quality of Ideological and political teachers affects the practicality of teaching methods,and the concept of "problem sea tactics" interferes with the targeted and summative evaluation mechanism of classroom exercises,which hinders the implementation of the hierarchical evaluation method.For these problems,we can enrich the teaching activities,accurately grasp the standard of "students' consciousness",based on teaching practice,improve the operability of teaching method stratification,design question types hierarchically,enhance the pertinence of classroom practice stratification and pay attention to students' situation,and improve the hierarchical evaluation method of Ideological and political classroom.
