As China become "the world's largest construction site",China's large and giant construction projects is growing,at the same time,the development of productivity,science and technology progress,make the engineering activities to become a more complicated internal structure and coupling of increasingly close system.These large and giant project scope of influence on the social and economic development of our country and also is growing.But at the same time,rapid development engineering activities to the ethical problems caused by increasingly prominent,engineering accidents also happen from time to tome,for people's lives and property caused irreparable damage.Engineering activities,however,not only reflects the relationship between human and nature,also reflect the relationship between man and society,little also not from person to person as well as the relationship between human and environment and so on various aspects.Therefore,engineering ethics are extrapolated from the engineering problem,engineering ethics gradually thorough popular feeling,the call for harmonious coexistence and the increasingly strong.Engineering students as the main force of the future engineers,its engineering ethics quality directly relates to the development degree of the engineering construction in China,and to a certain extent affect the country's comprehensive national strength.Colleges and universities as the cradle of cultivating excellent engineering talent in China,but for a long time,colleges and universities and social engineering students is generally "service quality"-engineering knowledge and skills,intentionally and unintentionally overlooked as engineering students "soft power" : the "moral qualities" the popularity of the humanistic education.Although after entering the 21 st century,our country local start to focus on engineering ethics education gradually,also has carried on the related theoretical research,but all from a single perspective of related research.Students' engineering ethics education is a involving multidisciplinary,multiple forms,multi-level complicated system engineering.Many education factor is interconnected and restraining each other.How to effectively solve the engineering college students in the engineering practice in the process of engineering ethics,strengthen,improve and promote the students' engineering ethics education,make the engineering construction activities and social,natural and harmonious coexistence and development of human itself is the focus of engineering ethics education work in colleges and universities.The current college students engineering ethics education pertinence and actual effect is not strong,this article,aiming at the above problems from the perspective of system,mode,under the guidance of symbiosis theory,the principle of using the symbiosis theory,puts forward and analyzes the engineering students in engineering ethics education symbiosis unit,symbiosis environment and symbiosis model as the main symbiotic elements in students' engineering ethics education symbiosis mechanism;From engineering ethics education power,operation and support and guarantee for the exploration of constructing four system,follow the symbiotic,life,nurtures the human subjectivity and the four principles,actively optimize power unit,perfecting symbiotic mode,create the symbiotic environment and guarantee the symbiotic conditions,progressively establish sufficient momentum,smooth operation and support in place,ensuring the students' engineering ethics education system.In this paper,the further research of engineering ethics education of college students,and explore new perspective of engineering ethics education in colleges and universities,and deepening the research such as "excellence initiative" to have beneficial supplement.To realize engineering,natural and harmonious coexistence of human itself and its social and environment,thus further promote our country engineering construction in the new century with a larger scale to a higher quality has important guiding significance.
