The Present Situation,the Problems And The Practice System On Engineering Ethics Education For The College Student In Our Country

As China has become the largest construction site in the world, the number of the students majored in engineering are markedly increased. The college students is the main body of the future project activities. The ethical responsibility they treat will directly decide the future project can benefit for mankind or not. So developing the college of engineering ethics education and bringing up the strong engineering ethics consciousness, engineering ethics, and ethical decision-making ability for future engineers has become the intrinsic goals of engineering education. It is also a significant task for colleges and universities to promote moral responsibility education.In this paper, based on the combination of domestic and international engineering ethics education research, we analyzed the relationship between the college students of engineering ethics education and ideological and political education. We also proposed the definition, objectives, methods and approaches of the basic proposition of the college students of engineering ethics education. Moreover, based on the investigation of the current situation of college students in our country, we studied the main problem existed in engineering ethics education and obtained the practical model of the university to develop the engineering ethics education for the students.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction part. We mainly introduced the content of this article, the research background, the research significance, the research objectives, the research status at home and abroad, the research ideas and the research methods.In the second chapter of this paper, we elaborated the overview of engineering ethics education.for the college studennt, By discriminating the concept of engineering, engineering ethics and engineering ethics education, we obtained the the definition, three core objectives and the main methods and ways of engineering ethics education for the college students. Moreover, we also obtained that the engineering ethics education is the inherent requirement of the ideological and political education. It is also a vivid way to develop the Ideological and political education for science and engineering students.The main purpose of the third chapter of this paper is the research of the status and the mainly problem of the engineering ethics education for the science and engineering students. According to the research for more than fifty universities of science and engineering, we concluded and analyzed the research status of the the engineering ethics education for the college students.we found the main problem of the engineering ethics education for the science and engineering students. Based on the research of it, we concluded that the main problem of the engineering ethics education for the science and engineering students is the recognition problem, system problem and education problem.In the forth chapter of this paper, we constructed the practice system to develop the engineering ethics education for the science and engineering students. The main method focused on organization and management system, curriculum system and teaching mode,the operation and way of the publicity and education.
