An education is one part of humankind necessary need, also economic factors are effecting strongly to education of people in the world. In all the countries, all the activities and policy about education plan, organize and control by Ministry of Education. For example: Budget, human resource policy and teaching staff etc...The aim of educational sector's reform orientation is to improve quality, sufficiency, more benefits of education in Mongolia. Nowadays any services and goods are based on government's policy and investment condition. The main goal of my research is to find out general education school of Mongolia (includes elementary school to secondary school) system works, activities, and studies. The most important issue is I want to show how much is that level of financial investment for Mongolian educational structure. By the way, we can to compare with educational system of some other countries, so then I hope so it can help to improve our educational structure.International investment fund and the Asian Development Bank staffs suggest that outcome for education (Including all level of educational organization) shall be not less than 6 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP). However, outcome is 7.5 percent of GDP for education in Mongolia, but 5 percent of GDP is spend for general education schools (Including elementary to secondary school). If we focus on the types of outcome, we are spending almost 70 percent of total outcome for teacher's salary who works in general educational sector. From 2012 to 2017, Mongolia has planned to spend 1281.1 billon tugrik (equal with 630 million USD) for Mongolian educational sector. Those are 68.2 percent from state budget,28.25 percent from private sector and other 3.48 percent from international aid.
