Education is a great cause with people's overall development and the development of society as the ultimate goal. Our ancestors had preserved, developed and deliver social civilization. In modern times, with the continuous development of the economy and various high-technology, education have begun to enter the universal, socialized and popularization period and learning society has emerged. With the development of social productive forces and the level of education, lots of irrational and unethical issues had arisen and more and more people have begun to pay attention to the nature of the problem and ascription of education.Educational ethics is a philosophy discipline that explores the value of educational activities from ethical perspective. In the course of the development of public education, questions about what education is, what education should do, what education can do, the effect of education and other questions have been raised to understand and analyze the educational phenomenon. While standing on the basic issues of ethics, which is the relationship between the morality and industry, to rethink contemporary educational issues what course to go as well as analyze the ethical issues that is education-related now in China.From the ethical point of view, the ethical issues arisen in contemporary Chinese education have been analyzed and researched. Moral problems and the causes of the contemporary Chinese education were mainly analyzed, and the ought practice method of education normative ethics was given. Firstly, the Chinese ethics as well as the origins and development of ethical education were summarized. Connotation of ethical education has laid the foundation for the following analysis of the present situation and issues of ethical education. Secondly, the author simply analyzed the situation of contemporary Chinese ethics education. Some unreasonable phenomena of contemporary Chinese education and a series of pseudo ethical problems were pointed out from some normative education ethics and the present situation of the contemporary Chinese education. Then the impact of social development on the education, material benefits of corrosion and the expansion of the instrumental education faced with ethical problems in the contemporary Chinese education were carried out deeply. Contemporary national ethics education were deeply thought in the view of the future practice in the fourth part of the article. Firstly, the ought practice methods of ethical subject including educatees, educators, and social education were analyzed and the possibility of the implementation of education ethics was guaranteed from the inside, then the internal and external interaction pattern to form a good education system of ethics were put forward.
