Professionalization refers to a professional group complying with standards, being a profession and obtaining a professional status by gradual training and practice. As a professional group, teachers also need professionalization. Teachers'professionalization is not only a worldwide campaign but also a unique exploring. As a special group, there exists a significant ethic dimension through teachers' professionalization of vocational colleges, which means to be obliged to the professional ethics. If there are bad changes of the ethic dimension, which surely leads to imperfection of teachers' professionalization.Based on the guidance of virtue ethics principle, we can put forward that the construction of ethical dimension of vocational colleges teachers' professionalization should return to virtue ethics. The virtue ethic is an opposite concept of normative ethic. Normative ethics, as the basic ethics, are externalized and enforced in individuals, while the virtue ethics associated with a chasing of better life are internalized in the mind. Four virtual categories are happiness, conscience, reputation and morality. Virtues'returning for teachers professional ethics can be restored from happiness, conscience, reputation and morality. Vocational college teachers' happiness is involved in teachers' professional quality, and the conscience refers to teachers' moral quality, reputation about career pursuit and morality about teacher's personality charm. Back to reality, the construction of vocational college teachers' professional ethics can get some verification.Teachers' professional ethics are not only related to the integrity of the specialization of teachers but also restrict the realistic effect of teachers' professionalization. Under the background of the development of modern vocational education, starting a new exploration on this subject has a realistic meaning and theoretical contributions.
