Research On The Psychological Counseling Of College Students From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work. The report of the 18 th National Congress of our Party put forward to improve the moral quality of citizens, should lay emphasis on the humanistic care and psychological counseling, so that foster self-esteem, self-confidence, rational calm, positive social mentality. Party stressed on humanistic care and psychological counseling as a way to improve the overall moral level of citizens, which fully reflect the requirement of The Times. Besides, it interprets the important concept of "people-oriented", which has pointed out the direction for the development of the ideological and political education in the future. All plays a guiding role in the innovation of the method. Nowadays, our society is in the transition period, different conflicts of interest, all kinds of contradictions, easily lead to the imbalance of social psychology, therefore, focus on the humanistic care, psychological counseling, has already become an important way of cultivating good social mentality. University is an important part of the society, but also need to pay attention to the humanistic care and psychological counseling, in order to cultivate a good social mentality of college students. Contemporary college students' mental health problem is increasingly outstanding, under the new situation in the ideological and political education for psychological counseling is imminent. To explore how to use psychological counseling in the ideological and political education, how to improve its effectiveness, have become the primary task of the ideological and political education in the University. According to the characteristics of college students, it is of great practical value to strengthen psychological counseling, to explore a set of operational and effective education methods, and to improve the quality of Ideological and political education.
