Research On School Security Ability System And Its Construction

Awakening life and caring for life is the basic meaning of education.However,there is an "unmanned" phenomenon that ignores the life and weakens the consciousness of life in the current school education to some extent.In the "safety-first" school work,this phenomenon is an extreme utilitarian,which is abandoning the development of students’ lifelong security,in order to guarantee the current school security interests,the school abandon the development of students’ lifelong security and become an.Therefore,"Cherish life,Avoid danger" should become a common topic in school education and management.Meanwhile,the theme of school security capacity construction should be rerecognized and understood.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research and practice about student safety,school safety,this study used the "student security","school security","school security capabilities" and other related concepts described the connotation of the school security capability system.On this basis,the paper put forward the strategies of the construction of school security capacity.This study was divided into five parts:The first part is introduction,which elaborated the origin,review of related researches,the frame of research,research purposes and research methods.The second part is the definition of key concepts.This part defined five concepts,which are safety,student safety,school safety,school security and school security system.The third part is the system construction of school security capacity system.This part elaborated the necessity of the construction of school security ability system,analyzed the content of school security capacity and specify the building purpose of school security capacity.Then described the content of the system construction about school security capacity from three aspects,which are school safety education system,the ability of school safety management capability system and school safety protection system.The fourth part is about the strategies of school security system construction.This part put forward the strategies from three aspects: adhering to the student-centered conception,focusing on the integration of education and adhering to the management and teaching as a whole.The fifth part is the research summary.This part summarized the innovations and deficiencies of this study.
