The great poet Lu You said “What's learned from books is superficial after all,it's crucial to have it personally tested somehow”,so educational practice is the best way to practice this idea.Practical teaching is an indispensable part in the process of teacher education.At the same time,it is an organic part of the training program of undergraduate in normal university students.It is an important link to train excellent teachers in the future,and it is an important standard to examine the quality of teacher education in normal universities.Since from 2007,the Ministry of Education issued the Ministry of education on promoting the practice teaching of normal school students' opinions,although the national higher normal universities are constantly strengthening the practice teaching of normal students,there are still some problems.Through the investigation of the current situation of undergraduate normal students' education practice in eight normal universities in S Province,this thesis analyzes the existing problems of S province's educational practice and puts some constructive suggestions or effective suggestions forthe future educational practice in Normal Universities.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction,including the origin of the research,the significance of research,the literature review,and research design.At the end of this part,this paper defines the concept of educational practice,providing the support for the later research.The second part is divided into two sections: The first section is to interpret and analyze the relevant policies of the state about educational practice,trying to solve the problem of S province's education practice,strengthen the educational practice,and find the policy basis.The second section is to sum up the current problems in the educational practice,such as educational practice and the practice evaluation becomes a mere formality,the construction of practical teaching base is difficult and so on.The third part focuses on analysis of the current problems of the S province's educational practice.Firstly,it's to analyze the S Province of eight universities of educational practice's rules and regulations and so on,hoping to know the standard of education practice.Secondly,this study focuses the dimensions of intern and the guidance of teachers.It is found that the educational practice has received the widespread attention by eight universities,and interns basically identity educational practice.However,there are some existing problems in educational practice,such as inadequate preparation of classes,difficult to carry out teaching,the lack of guidance founds and so on.It's objective to understand the current situation and problems of practice.The fourth part is to put some reasonable countermeasures,suchas,educational practice time is not less than one term,establishing and improving teachers' selection and work standards,establishing the system of the educational practice positions,improving the link of teaching practice and so on.This thesis is based on the previous research,combined with the empirical investigation on the current educational practice for in-depth analysis.Eventually,it is to make some reasonable advice or strategies to improve the quality and standard of educational practice in normal universities.
