In recent years,the development goal of the basic education in our country has been shifted from the scale to the improvement of the quality of education.And the improvement in the educational quality can not be divided with a teacher team with noble morality,professional skills,reasonable structure and full of vitality.However,in the current,primary school teachers have the unbalanced status of gender structure,which not only affects the formation of children's gender values,the completion of gender socialization,but also affects the development of teachers themselves.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the teachers' gender roles and professional status in primary school by using the theory of Social Gender.This study used a combination of questionnaire and interview research methods,part of the primary school teachers in M as the research object,and the gender roles and professional status of teachers were investigated.The results show that firstly the formation of androgyny is mainly affected by age,seniority,marital status;Secondly,the androgyny groups have the highest gender acceptance and the acceptance of the gender and education courses,and do not think that gender is a factor hindering their development,tending to take the initiative to face the challenges of life.Analyzed by the Gender Theory,the results of questionnaires and interview show that the main factors to restrict the formation of the androgynous gender role and the cognition of occupational status of the primary school teachers are the relatively backward productivity and covert operation of social gender system,unreasonable gender structure,the less acceptance of gender and education curriculum and weak awareness of their own development.And in view of the restriction factors,this study proposed that it should increase investment in education and sex education courses,improve the occupational prestige and the income security of teachers,construct advanced gender culture,change the structure of teachers from physiology sex ratio,incorporate gender knowledge into teacher education;Secondly,teachers should reshape their gender concepts,and actively seek a series of proposal to promote the formation of primary school teachers' androgynous.
