In the society,everyone has their own roles,the role is a stable pattern of dealing with specific problems which is summed up by our own growing experience.The gender role is based on the original gender which is affected by the environment and life quality behavior characteristics.There are four types of gender roles: masculine,feminine,bisexual and undifferentiated.The masculine gender roles are tenacious and rigid,the feminine gender roles are soft and mild,the bisexual gender roles are both masculine and feminine.People with different gender roles have different psychological health,interpersonal skills and coping styles.Teaching style is a kind of teaching characteristic that the teachers form in the course of teaching gradually,but it is not gradually changed by teaching content and learner.It is influenced by educational situation and personality characteristics.This study divide the teaching styles into seven types: local teaching style,holistic teaching style,radical teaching style,conservative teaching style,evaluation legislation teaching style,judging teaching style and enforcement teaching style.Based on the previous studies,this study is to explore the teaching styles of primary teachers with different gender roles,because the teaching styles of teachers with different gender roles are similar,the results of the study can guide teachers to learn from each other.In this study,a primary school in Jining city was used as a research site.,69 teachers were investigated by general data questionnaire,BSRI and TSTI.This paper analyzes the current situation of the gender role of primary school teachers and its influence on teaching style by analyzing the data collected,such as frequency analysis,card-square test and correlation analysis.Here are conclusions:(1)In general,the gender roles of the teachers in this school are unequally distributed and the differences are significant.(2)The gender roles of this primary school teachers are influenced by their physiological sex and grade.The subjects which they teach do not play a significant role in gender roles.Different types of demographic variables have different effects on the distribution of different gender role types.Bisexual gender roles are influenced by the teacher's teaching age,grade and title.(3)The gender roles of primary school teachers have a certain predictive effect on the formation of their teaching style,and the gender roles of bisexual and feminine in teaching style are obvious,which explains the two gender roles have the rich teaching styles.But compared with the above two,bisexual gender role is better to predict the teaching styles,which shows that the primary school teachers with the role of bisexual gender are better in teaching style.
