In school-based environments, teachers need to consider contextual factors such as the availability of technology and school policies when they integrate teaching techniques.In view of this, the author conducts an empirical research based on literature research of TPACK-in-Action model. The model is proposed by Nanyang Technological University research team. It indicates that teachers have TPACK are influenced by Cultural/Institutional, Physical/Technological, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal for ICT integration. But the model is given only four ICT integration influencing factors. It did not give a specific number and structure of the relationship between the influencing factors. Based on the above reasons, the author decided to conduct the thorough research to the TPACK-in-Action, in the junior high school teachers, for example to demonstrate the effectiveness of TPACK-in-Action, and use SPSS software to analyze and explore the relationship between various influencing factors.This research adopts literature research and questionnaire investigation. Through the literature research to junior high school teachers'TPACK and ICT integration of literature at home and abroad for carding and review, to clear the teacher ICT integration influencing factor model, designs for the two questionnaire of this study to provide a theoretical basis. Through the questionnaire investigation, to research junior high school teachers' TPACK and ICT integration influencing factors.This research is divided into six Parts:Part ? introduces the research background, research status, research questions and methods and research significance; Part ? includes a review about relevant theory and literature; Part ? investigated junior high school teachers' TPACK; Part ? designed ICT integration influencing factor questionnaire, and gave a specific number and structure of the relationship between the influencing factors and each dimension of TPACK; Part ? made the summary of the full article; Part ? put forward the research summary and outlook.The research mainly gets the following results:1. TPACK-in-Action is effective. Four contextual factors (Cultural/Institutional, Physical/Technological, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal) that influenced teachers' ICT integration.2. Investigation selected junior-service teachers' each TPACK dimension values are above the general level, especially CK, PK, PCK and TPACK. It indicates that these teachers in their subject areas have a certain level of TPACK.3. There is a certain correlation between various influencing factors in junior high school teachers and also between ICT integration influencing factors and TPACK dimensions.
