With the rapid development of the information technology, the information literacy of freshmen in high school is increasing year by year, and the content of the teachers' teaching should also be updated. But, the education reform is making tardy progress, and conventional information technology print textbooks have fallen behind times both from the content and form, and are no longer adapted to the high school information technology course teaching. However, with the emergence of a variety of online education website building systems, developing network courses in ordinary high school are coming true, and this provide a new solution to the information technology subject teaching.In this research, the network course refers to which will be used in the classroom for the students with the guidance of the teacher rather than used completely for students self-study. For the development of network course, we use the Edusoho platform, which is an open source and powerful online education website building system. The role of information technology network course is similar to textbooks but better than textbooks. It is more vivid, more convenient reading than textbooks, and it has the functions of online testing, online notes, online answering and so on. Because of the change of the teaching platform, our teaching form has changed. In the class, screen broadcasting is used for studying together, teaching platform is used for self-taught, and the PowerPoint is used for promoting messages and helping controlling learning process. In the teaching content, due to the content of the traditional information technology print textbooks already outdated, so in the research we carried out the questionnaire survey to get the needs of students, and then we reconstruct the information technology course refers to the curriculum standards. In terms of learning resources, the use of micro video is a major highlight of the network course. In teaching activities, as a result of the new network teaching support system, the concrete implementation of reviewing, teaching new knowledge, task driven teaching method and cooperative learning has changed. In the evaluation of the students' performance, we developed the online registration system and job submission system, and we also use Edusoho platform for online tests. The evaluation design of student learning includes online attendance, online job submission, classroom performance, test scores and so on. In the evaluation of the network course, we follow the principle of that students' learning is the fundamental, the purpose of cooperation is to promote understanding, the teacher's teaching is important, and the teacher's role is to raise a level.The network course of information technology which is used in the class can reflect the leading role of the teachers and the subject status of the students. After more than two years of network teaching practice, students' information literacy has been improved greatly. So we believe that this type of high school information technology network courses is worth to be promoted.
