The rapid development and wide application of network, network ethics has become a serious social problem. The network moral problems in its use, is one of the major social problems in modern society. Network life is becoming a more and more important life style of middle school students, network openness, concealment, unconstrained and virtual environment create a new moral growth, but also challenge the cultivation of young students to the correct moral value. The existence of large amount of harmful information, garbage information makes people confused about what to do, for those who lack high recognition and judgement, teachers have the responsibility and obligation to guide students to comply with the ethical and legal laws and regulations in this virtual world. Subject characteristics of information technology, decided that it can not be separated form network, so the network moral education of information echnology has become the responsibility that the teachers must undertake. In the new curriculum reform, information technology education is becoming increasingly significant in letting to let the students understand and master the basic knowledge and skills of information technology as well as how to cultivate students with information consciousness and the information ethics morals health, helping them establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook, form good moral values in today’s society. Therefore, as the dissemination of network knowledge and moral norms of behavior of information technology, teachers should realize the transformation as soon as possible from concept to action. Based on the analysis the present situation of the senior high school students on the Internet, combined with the practice of information technology teaching, makes some research on aspects of strengthening the high school network moral education and improve the information literacy. We hope to certain reference for moral education of middle school students in information technology teaching.The paper firstly introduces the background, analyzes the current situation analysis of domestic and foreign to the problem, the research goal, the significance and research method. The high school students to use the network conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on the part of information technology teachers to understand the characteristics of students’network moral consciousness. According to the characteristics of the present situation and the high school age students, proposes to start from the information technology to improve the teacher’s information literacy, changing concepts of education, strengthen the research on network moral penetration of information technology teaching, innovation in Ideological and political education of teenagers’ network environment in the new period. Combined with the characteristics of nformation technology disciplines, the paper makes an attempt to force the students to form the good habit of using the network, to improve the students’interest in learning, and makes a summary reflection on the network moral information technology teaching.With the rapid development of information technology education, society needs more talents, imparting knowledge simply, already can not adapt to the need of the development of information society, to carry out research on the network moral education corresponding practice in the teaching of information technology is to promote the new curriculum reform in senior high school, pay attention to the training of students to meet the practical requirements of the information society values and sense of responsibility.Through the practice, the paper confirmed that in high school information technology teaching can not only pay attention to technical problems and the computer and network " bright spot" and advantages, instead it should focus on the students’ humanities, ethics, moral, legal and psychological health education via various channels, make the students establish correct world outlook, outlook on life, value view.In the teaching of information technology in developing the network moral education accordingly, let students distinguish between right and wrong, standardize the behavior, which is an important and urgent task.
