| In 2015, General office of the state council promulgated The Rural Teacher Support Plan (2015-2020)" (referred to "The Plan" as following), fully deployed rural teachers team construction work. " The Plan" pointed out that it would build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize education modernization by and large, weak link and short board in the country, bolstering island and outlying and poverty-stricken areas in the Midwest China in 2020. Therefore, China will carry out the key support policies for the poorest areas, such as island in the central and western regions. China encourages local governments and normal colleges to strengthen local culture according to the local rural education needs, and directional cultivates the rural teachers with many skills in various ways. It is the necessary requirements for teachers with multi-disciplinary teaching ability. Multi-disciplinary teaching may be still a new thing in our country, but in fact as early as the classroom education period. It has already had the buds of multidisciplinary primary school teacher training. In the process of educating junior college students, especially in the 1980’s.The education for junior college students has demanded to cultivate multi-disciplinary elementary school teacher. After they graduated from school, the junior college students were demanded not only to teach, but also to do the teacher in charge, the young pioneer’s counselors. Not only to teach the Chinese, also be needed to teach math. Besides cultural course, they must teach physical education, art classes (including music and art). In lasted for over one hundred years for the junior college students, the primary school teachers were trained by the way of comprehensive liberal arts or science.With constructive learning theory as guidance, this paper adopts literature analysis, questionnaire and interview method, comparative research method, research activities. Through a lot of data to our country the status quo of rural primary school, the multiple disciplines teaching are described. It has been found that rural primary school multi-disciplinary teaching is facing many difficulties in the professional development. Multi-disciplinary teaching ignores the recessive work. The developing way of multi-disciplinary is ambiguous.Multi-disciplinary bears the passive condition.,The in-service training for multi-disciplinary teaching is not enough. And multi-disciplinary teaching arrangement will tend to be much less important or other forms. Some reflections are given for the development of multi-disciplinary teaching of rural primary school. First of all, there is necessity for the existence of the multi-disciplinary teaching. Secondly, the way to improve the multi-disciplinary teaching ability. Finally, the motivation to the development power needs to be enhanced. It is feasible to explore a way to promote the development for multi-disciplinary teaching of rural primary school based on the present situation of multi-disciplinary teaching, as well as analysis and self reflection on the problems, thus we can try our best to do some contributions to the development of multi-disciplinary teaching in rural primary school. |
