The rural primary school Chinese teachers are the key to improving the quality of Chinese primary school language education,which is related to the improvement of the language level of rural primary school students.At present,rural primary schools have problems such as shortage of teachers,backward education concepts,and serious ageing of teachers,which seriously affect the improvement of the quality of Chinese language teaching in rural primary schools.In May 2006,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Finance,the former Ministry of Personnel,and the Central Organizing Office jointly issued the Notice on Implementing the Special Posts for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education,and began to implement the special post program for teachers in rural compulsory education.(referred to as "special post plan").The implementation of the “Special Post Plan” has alleviated the shortage of teachers in rural primary schools and the ageing of teachers.The teachers who took the post of teachers after the “Special Post Plan” recruitment examination were called “special post teachers”.The teachers of rural primary school language special posts play a vital role in the language education of rural primary schools,which affects the improvement of the quality of Chinese primary school language education.Pubei County is also a county that implements the “Special Gang Project”.According to the statistics of 2010-2018,Pubei County has recruited 2,696 special post teachers,including 1,248 special teachers in rural primary schools and 353 teachers in rural primary schools.They are distributed in 15 townships,2 streets and 226 rural primary schools in Pubei County.The arrival of the teachers of the Pudong County Rural Primary School Language Special Post has alleviated the shortage of teachers in rural primary schools in Pubei County,realized the adjustment of the age structure of rural primary school teachers,and improved the overall quality of the rural primary school teachers in Pubei County.The development of Chinese education in rural primary schools in Beixian County has a very important impact on the balanced development of rural education in Pubei County.This paper takes the teachers of the rural primary school in Pubei County as the research object.Based on the questionnaire survey,interview and exchange,data statistics,etc.,combined with the relevant teacher professional development theory,the professional development status of the teachers in the rural primary school in Pubei County is compared.Conduct analytical studies.After nearly one year of data collection and questionnaire survey,we can understand the professional development status of teachers in rural primary schools in Pubei County and the predicament of their professional development.The teachers of the rural primary school in Pubei County have expanded the rural primary school language teachers to a certain extent,bringing vitality and upgrading to the rural primary school teachers.However,their overall professional knowledge is not solid enough,and the professional competence of teachers needs to be improved.The living conditions are arduous,the education authorities are not paying enough attention,the workload is large,the lack of training and learning opportunities,and the lack of professional development awareness and other factors have limited the professional development of the teachers in rural primary schools in Pubei County.Through the analysis of the professional development dilemma of the teachers in the rural primary schools in Pubei County,combined with the analysis of the reasons for the professional development dilemma,this paper puts forward the suggestions for the professional development of the teachers in rural primary schools and builds the professional development of the teachers in the rural primary schools in Pubei County.A beautiful vision.The article is divided into five parts:The first part,the introduction,introduces the origin of the research,the definition of the core concept,the purpose and significance of the research,the status quo of the research,the theoretical basis of the research,the scope and methods of the research.In the second part,through the data analysis,the general post teachers of rural primary schools in Pubei County summarize the status and influence of the teachers in the rural primary schools in Pubei County,and explain the "Ivory Tower" free ideals for the teachers of the rural primary schools in Pubei County.The status of the state of work.The third part is to investigate and analyze the professional development of teachers in rural primary schools in Pubei County,and analyze the dilemma of teachers' professional development and the impact of realized,and the teaching level of Chinese education in rural primary schools in Pubei County will be promoted.
