Research On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

The method of ideological and political education is the interactive bridge and bond between the educator and the educatee, the effectiveness of the ideological and political education method has a positive impact on the realization of ideological and political education aim. Therefore, the ideological and political educators need to think about related issues.However, domestic scholars do not have much research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education method, most of the research is scattered in the related monographs or articles on the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students,so this article will use literature research method,inductive method, interdisciplinary study and so on, this article attempts to take the Marxist epistemology on the theory of practice, management need-motivation-behavior theory, the objectivity theory of ideological and political education method as the theoretical basis, which is on the basis of the existing research results, from the effectiveness of new angles, to examine basic theories, evaluation criteria, influencing factors and corresponding countermeasures of the ideological and political education method of college students and to the further research of ideological and political education method of college students from the effective level.Finally this article draws the following conclusions:first, the evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students mainly include the following two aspects,namely educators use a certain method whether it will achieve effective results and whether it is efficient. Second, the factors that affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students can be divided into three categories: selective factors (educator, educatee), restrictive factors (objectives, content, environment) and push factors (art, research), and different categories of influence factors on the effectiveness of influencing method of the foothold and the degree is different. Third, enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education method of college students, proceed from improving the above three factors, and combine efficiency and asses in the process of implementing the education method, the purpose is to have the role of practical guiding on selection, design,and application of the method of ideological and political education of contemporary college students.
