Preschool teachers’ occupation personality refers to meet the unique psychological characteristics of occupation role standard stable teachers in their process of education often expressed, including excellent emotion will formed in the labor process, reasonable intelligence structure, stable moral will and individual behavior of preschool teachers is a tendency. Molecular indispensable where teachers, because of the unique nature of children age, preschool teachers’occupation task activities, personality and knowledge also has its unique characteristics, which must comply with the physical and mental development of children aged 3-6 and characteristics. This study according to Holland’s vocational personality theory compiled< preschool teachers occupational personality questionnaire> and interview outline, from the emotion and will, intelligent structure, moral consciousness and the individual internal behavior tendency of four aspects of Hohhot city preschool teachers professional personality research and analysis.In this study,6 kindergartens in Hohhot city were randomly selected in the preschool teachers as the research object, through the integrated use of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview method, a total of 225 questionnaires,213 questionnaires were collected, excluding 14 invalid questionnaires,199 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate for each 88.4%. in an interview questionnaire in kindergarten randomly selected two preschool teachers conducted in-depth interviews. Then the questionnaire and interview results of statistical analysis, the results showed that occupation personality of the preschool teachers in Hohhot has the following problems:1, Hohhot kindergarten teachers’ occupation personality comprehensive training awareness is relatively weak; 2, Hohhot city kindergarten the advantage of training teachers waste of resources; 3, Hohhot city kindergarten teachers’occupation personality of the lack of specific training; 4, children in Hohhot city the training way of teachers’ professional personality is not scientific enough to a certain extent.On the basis of the present occupation personality status of preschool teachers in Hohhot and the existing problems, from the social level, the kindergarten level and kindergarten teachers’ own level gives the following suggestions, first, to increase the level of kindergarten social support, to provide fund guarantee for preschool teachers’ training; establish effective supervision system, strengthen supervision and responsibility in charge of education the establishment of the department; hierarchical training system of kindergarten level. Secondly, to enhance the understanding of the principal occupation personality, take the lead in planning occupation personality training for teachers; to establish teachers file, leading personality development of teachers’ occupation; training mode of mentoring, make full use of the existing resources of kindergarten teachers; strengthen links with the universities and make full use of the abundant resources in normal university. Thirdly, teachers themselves to develop the habit of reflection, to improve teaching reflective ability; make the self education plan and implement the action of self education.
