The economic and social development of the new era has put forward more clear and urgent requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents.In order to implement the country's strategic deployment,basic education has stepped up the reform efforts,adopted a series of practical measures,will be born,quality education,all-round development and other important education principles,ideas to further put into practice.In this process of promoting the high quality development of basic education,as far as education and teaching are concerned,more and more attention has been paid to highlighting students ' subjective status,satisfying students ' interest needs and respecting students ' personality development.In order to shoulder the heavy responsibility of such education,teachers in the professional development can not be ignored.However,in the actual education and teaching,the phenomenon of homogenization still exists more and more.Some follow-up teaching reform in the change at the same time has given birth to a new similarity phenomenon.Therefore,how to meet the needs of new talents in the development of the new era under the educational environment of using the integrated textbook and homogenization teaching is a problem worthy of further discussion.Among the many factors that affect the teaching quality of basic education,the education and teaching level of teachers is the key.Based on the investigation of Chinese teachers,we think that teachers with distinct teaching individuality have an important influence on realizing quality education,satisfying students ' interest and promoting students ' personality growth.At present,the phenomenon of Chinese teachers lacking teaching individuality is more serious.Therefore,through the study of the formation path of the teaching personality of Chinese teachers in middle schools,this paper aims to excavate its valuable elements,provide reference for the cultivation of the teaching individuality of the majority of Chinese teachers,and also provide impetus for teachers to achieve better professional development and students to achieve all-round development.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the full text is divided into five parts: the first part mainly expounds the connotation of the teaching individuality of Chinese teachers.The second part analyzes the performance and reasons of the lack of teaching personality of Chinese teachers.The third part introduces the teaching individuality performance of Chinese famous teachers in different middle schools.Mainly from three aspects of the discussion: first,the teaching concept of personalization,the second is the teaching process personalization,the third is the teaching method personalization.The Part IV mainly discusses the basic path of the formation of Chinese teachers ' teaching individuality in middle schools.Mainly from two aspects of analysis: first,the formation of teaching personality conditions,the second is the specific path of the formation of teaching personality.The V part expounds the reference value of the teaching individuality of Chinese teachers in middle schools.It is hoped that this study will be helpful to the exploration and formation of more teachers ' teaching individuality.
