In 2003,the Ministry of Education issued "the ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard(experiment)"(called "course standard" for short),which sets in the high school plane geometry selected course.This paper does deeper and more systematic research into the high school plane geometry course,on the basis of a brief review of the high school plane geometry curriculum development history from the late Qing Dynasty to today,using the literature research method,the comparative research method and the investigation method.To alleviate the high school students confused understanding of the high school plane geometry proved problems,according to the basic concept of new curriculum standard and teaching on plane geometry and the combination of the existing research results,four high school plane geometry teaching strategies are put forward and fully illustrate the effectiveness of teaching strategies,using the specific teaching cases and their analysis.This paper is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter,introduction, based on the plane geometry important education value and the concept of "course standard" in plane geometry teaching,discusses the topic research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation.The second chapter,an overview of the high school plane geometry curriculum development in our country,discusses the development stage of the high school plane geometry education: the first stage is from 1902 to 1921, the second stage is from 1922 to 1949, the third stage is from 1950 to 1961 and the fourth stage is from 2003 to the present.The third chapter,high school plane geometry teaching present situation investigation and analysis,referring to the curriculum high school plane geometry teaching focus and the set of contents,analyzes high school plane geometry teaching objectives and teaching contents of " new course standard",two high school students of Grade Three and individual mathematics teacher's survey results.The fourth chapter, plane geometry teaching strategies and the concrete teaching cases, according to the problems from the results of survey,based on the basic idea of the curriculum and teaching requirements and referring to previous research results,combining with classroom teaching watching and emulating cases and analysis of two teaching cases puts forward four high school plane geometry teaching strategies and illustrates the practicability of teaching strategies,with the following teaching case " teaching of the proportion line associated with circle".The fifth chapter,conclusion,is about summary of three teaching principles of plane geometry teaching which we should pay special attention to, hoping teaching principles and strategies can help teachers to improve their teaching activities and put forward some problems about high school plane geometry teaching which needs to be studied further.
