Under the current situation, entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities has been widely concerned by the public. With the increasing pressure of employment, entrepreneurship has become one of the effective ways to solve the employment of college students. The state has issued a series of effective policies and measures to promote the entrepreneurship of College students. The State put forward policy on the Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation to solve the problem of employment. As an important force for training high quality talents, colleges and universities have a great responsibility to cultivate the quality of college students, improve their entrepreneurial ability.Through reading a large number of literature, few studies on the literature of innovation and entrepreneurship education in normal colleges. I visited Inner Mongolia three normal universities, including Inner Mongolia Normal University, Jining normal college, Baotou normal college, issued a questionnaire, and to interview some of the college students. This paper analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in three normal universities, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the three normal universities.According to the recovery of the survey found that, if the normal colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education related courses, the majority of students will take, but also found that there are a number of students have entrepreneurial intention. But from the survey visit also found many problems, for example, lack of teachers, students to the introduction of the national related policy simply do not understand, the school does not appropriate entrepreneurial practice base and so on, these factors greatly restricted the idea of entrepreneurship. Thus, the normal colleges and universities innovation and entrepreneurship education has not been institutionalized, basically in a fragmented state, to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in order to respond to the national call.Based on this background, to study the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Inner Mongolia Normal University. In order to play a good role in the inspiration and reference. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the reason of the topic selection, the significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research review and research methods. The second part mainly introduces the basic concept, content, characteristics and related concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The third part is the main part of the thesis, in three normal universities by questionnaire survey, and carries on the arrangement and analysis of the questionnaire, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in normal colleges and universities, and points out the existing problems. The fourth part is mainly aimed at the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Inner Mongolia Normal University, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Innovation and entrepreneurship education needs to be supported by colleges, need more colleges and universities, government, society, families to form a joint force, combined with the power of national policy, and actively,guide students to carry out entrepreneurial activities.
