Research On The Current Situation Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges In Chongqing

"Innovation and entrepreneurship education" is a brand-new educational concept and mode that takes into account the multiple meanings of economy,culture,education and society.It is also an important means and feasible measure to promote socialchange,social sustainable development and human comprehensive development in the era of knowledge economy.In the context of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and the continuous advancement of industrial transformation,developed countries rely on high-level innovation and entrepreneurship education to lay a huge advantage for national strength,improve their international core competitiveness,and also bring tremendous pressure to other countries in the world.Looking at China,with the new development concept,the slowdown of economic growth and innovation increasingly becoming the core motive forceto promote high-quality economic development,innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important measure to change the mode of economic development,increase social employment,maintain social stability and conform to the trend of high-quality development era.The Party and the government attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and regard it as an important engine to promote economic and social development.The implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges can give full play to the characteristics of teaching and learning of teachers and students,and the advantages of the similarity between the training mode of talents and the implementation characteristics of innovative entrepreneurship education.It is conducive to the realization of self-transformation,the cultivation of high-quality talents and the promotion of social sustainable development of Higher Vocational education.According to the "China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Report 2017" published by the National Development Research Institute of Peking University,Chongqing ranks 15 th in the total innovation and entrepreneurship index in 2016,and 9th in the top 50 cities of China's innovation and entrepreneurship in 2016.Thus,as one of the four municipalities directly under the central government and one of the central cities of the "one belt and one road" strategy,Chongqing's innovation and entrepreneurship work has achieved certain achievements,and there is still much room for development.Higher vocational education,as an important part of higher education and an important force of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chongqing,should play an important role in improving the overall level of higher education in Chongqing and promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Chongqing.The purpose of this study is to improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chongqing Higher Vocational Colleges.The main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly,it systematically combs the origin and evolution of "innovation and entrepreneurship education",and elaborates the necessity and feasibility of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges,the guiding theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges,and the main contents and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges as the logical starting point of the research.Secondly,by using the methods of literature research,case study and interview,this paper investigates and understands the practice and exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in three demonstration schools of Higher Vocational Colleges in Chongqing.It also investigates and understands the situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers,innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum,innovation and entrepreneurship education practice forms and platforms,and the formation of innovation and entrepreneurship education teams in Higher Vocational Colleges The overall situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chongqing Higher Vocational Colleges is investigated from eight aspects: the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education institutions in Higher Vocational colleges,the introduction and implementation of policies,the cognition of higher vocational students to innovation and entrepreneurship education,the cognition of higher vocational teachers to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the participation of Higher Vocational teachers and students in innovation and entrepreneurship education.Thirdly,it summarizes the problems from five aspects: the students' recognition of the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the construction of the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges,the teachers' level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges,the practical forms of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges,the practical utility of "school-enterprise cooperation",and the collaboration of Chongqing Higher Vocational Colleges in promoting the practice of innovation and entrepreneurs The reasons are analyzed from three aspects: concept,system and theory.Fourthly,according to the summary of the problems and the analysis of the causes,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthening the research on innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chongqing Vocational Colleges;condensing the joint efforts of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Vocational Colleges from the perspective of "macro-ecology".Specifically,these suggestions include: continuously enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of Vocational College students,boosting their confidence in innovation and entrepreneurship education,Cheng system,improving the comprehensive quality of teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education,creating a strong campus culture atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship education;strengthening the cooperation of "government-higher vocational colleges-enterprises" and adding new momentum of innovation and entrepreneurship education,including strengthening and refining the policy support for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges,improving the specialized institutions of innovation and Entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges and improving specific measures;With the help of the strategy of "big data intellectualization",Chongqing Vocational Colleges will create an upgraded version of school-enterprise cooperation in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
