Peer interaction is indispensable to college students' learning and life,peer exchange and interaction can promote the development of its own, also can hinder the development of its own. So this study based on peer relationship investigation and analysis of the impact of learning attitude,To understand the current situation of college students' peer relationship and college students' learning attitude, Investigate peer relationship whether can affect the students' learning attitude, peer characteristics whether can predict on college students' learning attitude.This article through to review and summarize the related literature, First of all,defining the related concepts about peer relationship and learning attitude,and put forward relevant theoretical, present research progress.And combining with the results of empirical research, analyzing the present situation of the peer relationship of xx normal university, the stand or fall of peer characteristics, the present situation of the learning attitude. and do some variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis about peer relationship and learning attitude, the last, making a summary about peer relationship and learning attitude,, and put forward corresponding Suggestions.Research conclusions are as follows: The first,the number of college students peer in three to four, college students peer structure and peer learning has the extremely similarity, peer interation with peer selection pay attention to inner piane.The second, College students peer characteristics at medium level, there are significant differences in gender, professional.the liberal arts classes of college students peer characteristics is greater than in science and engineering, girl peer qualities better than boy peer qualities. The third, the learning attitude of the college students in the middle levels, there were significant differences in grade and specialty.freshman and sophomore students' about learning cognition is superior to the seniors, arts college students' learning attitude is better than science and engineering.The fourth,There is a positive correlation bewteen college student peer characteristics and students' learning attitude. The fifth,Partner qualities of university students for learning attitude has significant predict effect.Under the research conclusion confirmed, puts forward some suggestions of college students' learning attitude and peer relationship,Schools can organize variousactivities to help students recognize the different personalities companion and different grade of companion, expanding the scope of the college students' peer relationship;For the college students' learning attitude,school can conduct psychological pressure relief activities,and teachers adopt diversified teaching, college students make good companions, and so on.
