With the further expansion of China and Mongolia in various fields of economy, trade, science and technology, cultural and other cooperation in recent years signed bilateral student exchange agreement in the field of education increased significantly, increasing the number of Mongolian students from various regions of China to study in Mongolia. Wherein the number of students in Inner Mongolia to study the most, for the people of Inner Mongolia and geographical location, the border with Mongolia, the Mongolian People's populated areas, there are a lot of people talking about the Mongolian, so many people in Inner Mongolia even if the exchange can not speak Chinese. Since learning in a particular area and the use of Chinese expertise to master the Chinese language in the process of a lot of problems emerged. This article aims to present situation in Inner Mongolia College courses students learn to analyze, identify problems and difficulty learning courses exist, understand their characteristics and make recommendations for further improvement of reference in Inner Mongolia College students learning courses. This thesis consists of five parts:The first part describes the main topics of the reason and purpose of definition, significance, content and method of research, current research profile. The second part, students specialized courses in China Mongolia Survey and Analysis, Inner Mongolia Normal University students for the survey, taken the survey questionnaire and interview approach combining. The third part, based on the survey results, in Inner Mongolia Normal University students studying courses in the problems and the reasons were analyzed. The fourth part, deal with the problems, Mongolia, China proposed courses students study the problems of rationalization proposals. The fifth conclusion.The object of the present study was to have entered the professional courses within Mongolia Normal University students, so the number of people able to participate in the study is only 99 Mongolian students, in order to find in China through Mongolia courses students learning problems from seven aspects of the investigation, according to the findings within Mongolia Normal University students have most of the existing deficiencies in local learning courses, mainly due to the locale, Chinese preparatory course curriculum, teacher requirements and guidance methods and their own efforts and other factors Effect of Mongolian students reflect a lack of Chinese language and the weak capacity of technical terms. Therefore forcing solve this problem in the fourth part of a rationalization proposal. Because the author's own experience of the problems and difficulties encountered in the study of Mongolia, so the study of these problems, is the creative thesis at the same time, we want to improve the quality of education in China Mongolian students through this research to help Research work in subsequent researchers.
