Mongolian language is a compulsory course for Mongolian primary school students and an important carrier for Mongolian culture.Mongolian language curriculum is devoted to the formation and development of Mongolian language literacy of primary students.Mongolian language literacy is the basis for students to learn other courses well,as well as the basis for students' all-round development and lifelong development.The multiple functions and foundational function of Mongolian language curriculum determine its important status in the nine-year compulsory education stage.This study took Mongolian primary schools in Tongliao area as the research object,and conducted a questionnaire and interview survey with their teachers,students and parents in urban areas,counties and agricultural and nomadic areas in view of the current Mongolian primary school students' difficulties in learning Mongolian language,the decline of learning efficiency and the deterioration of standard Mongolian conversational communication ability.By sorting out the statistical data of the survey,this study analyzed the difficulties of Mongolian primary school students in Mongolian language learning in Tongliao area,explored the root causes affecting the students' school record,discussed the ways and methods to effectively improve Mongolian language level of Mongolian primary school students from the perspective of home-school-community cooperation.The thesis consists of five parts.The first part stresses the value and significance of Mongolian students to learn Mongolian language courses well.The second part investigates the current situation of Mongolian primary school students' learning and using the Mongolian language.The third part is about the main problems in Mongolian language learning and application of Mongolian primary school students.The fourth part analyzes causes of the difficulties of Mongolian primary school students in Mongolian language learning.The final part is the strategy for creating a Mongolian language education environment in the trinity of home,school and community.
