In recent years, the education reform caused a "flip" classroom teaching model research upsurge, provides a new way of thinking for the development of teaching and learning. Classroom "flip" the biggest innovation is to reconstruct the teaching structure, put "knowledge transfer" before class is completed independently by the student, and in the classroom by the teachers and students together to complete "knowledge internalization" stage.This paper through the literature introduces the development of "flip" classroom at home and abroad and research status. Secondly, combined with domestic and foreign "flip" classroom teaching mode and the junior middle school physics discipline characteristic, based on micro flipping resources under the junior middle school physics classroom teaching model, the design and practice in the junior middle school physics classroom teaching mode. Finally, through questionnaire and interview methods such as summarized based on micro course resources of junior middle school physics to flip the advantage of the classroom and in the practice teaching.
