As the development of economy, more technicians are needed in our society. Great attention has been paid to the vocational education in our country. The focus of vocational school is getting more and more from different sectors of society. Therefore, the products of vocational school, vocational school students are given more attention. Vocational school students is a special group, they are young as high school students, meanwhile, they face the employment pressure as collage students. For a long time, vocational school students are looked down upon just because of they did badly in study. This leads to their strong sense of inferiority. They show anxiety and recoil in interpersonal interaction, they don't dare to show themselves in public. It will affect their coming into the society and facing the employment. This thesis is to discuss vocational school students' mental health in three variables, Inferiority feelings, interpersonal relationship and social anxiety. This thesis supposes that Inferiority feelings, interpersonal relationship and social anxiety must have certain relationship between each other. Inferiority feelings can affect social anxiety through interpersonal relationship.This research adopts questionnaire research to investigated 429 students in order to discuss the relationship of inferiority feelings, interpersonal relationship and social anxiety. The main results are as follows:1. Most of the vocational school students have inferiority feelings. There are significant differences between students from city and countryside, boys and girl, class leaders and non-class leaders, as well as different grades. Inferiority feelings of students from countryside are higher than those from cities, the girls' inferiority feelings are more serious than boys', class leaders feel less inferiority, Grade Two students have the strongest inferiority feelings.2. In certain degree, vocational school students are troubled by interpersonal relationship. There is no significant difference between students from city and countryside, there is also no significant difference in grades. No sex differences exist in conversation dimension. There are significant sex differences in communication, behavior and opposite-sex communication. The significant differences in opposite-sex communication exist in whether they are class leader.3.There are serious social anxieties in vocational school students. There is no significant difference in sex or grades. There are significant differences between students from city and countryside, class leaders and non-class leaders. The social anxiety of countryside students is higher than that of city students. Non-class leaders are more likely to experience social anxiety.4.Inferiority feelings is significantly and positively correlated with interpersonal relationship, there is positive correlation between interpersonal relationship and social anxiety, meanwhile, inferiority feelings is significantly and positively related to social anxiety.5.Interpersonal relationship serves as an intermediary between Inferiority feelings and social anxiety.According to the result, this research gives following suggestions on class management, 1. Guide students to understa nd their own value correctly; 2. Carry out successful education and appreciation education; 3. Pay attention to students' image and cultivate students' ability of speaking in public; 4. Arrange the seats reasonably to build up students' confidence and promote the communication of students; 5. Build up a harmonious interpersonal relationship to form a good interpersonal environment; 6. Organize team activities to make students learn to communication and cooperation; 7. Create social practice opportunities to reduce students' social anxiety.
