The Relationship Between Social Support,Inferiority Feeling,and Professional Commitment Of Secondary Vocational School Students

Based on the secondary vocational students' social support,inferiority complex and professional commitment for research object,using the survey method,literature method,statistical analysis and other methods,the social support,inferiority complex,professional commitment to the overall condition of three variables and mutual relations are studied.The results show as follows:1.The social support rating scale,inferiority questionnaire and professional commitment scale have good reliability and validity,which can be applied to the evaluation of relevant variables in the domestic vocational school.2There are no significant gender differences and grade differences in the social support of the vocational students.3.There is a significant gender difference in the sense of inferiority of the vocational students.There is no difference in grades,and the inferiority of girls is higher than that of boys.4.There are significant gender and grade differences in the professional commitment of the secondary vocational students.The professional commitment and emotional commitment of the male students are higher than that of the female students.Grade three students' professional commitment level higher than that of grade one and grade two students,grade three ideal commitment level higher than that of grade one,grade three emotional commitment level higher than that of grade one and grade two,the remaining no difference.5.The social support and professional commitment of the vocational students are significantly positive and negatively correlated with inferiority.The sense of inferiority is negatively correlated with professional commitment.6.The social support of the vocational students promotes the level of professional commitment by lowering the sense of inferiority,and the mediating role model is"social support,inferiority,professional commitment".
