Class is the basic unit of education and management unit, and is also the most important social organization in school life. The so-called class interpersonal relationship refers to the sum of teachers’ class management, teachers and students, the relationship between the students. The relationships of these aspects are complex and diverse, and have great influence on the class management. The interpersonal relationship between the students and the quality of the whole class of the atmosphere,the impact of the construction of the class, the students’ development and management efficiency. Especially as secondary school teachers of professional, the professional particularity determine that the class in more than 95% of all the girls, the proportion of male and female members of the class of serious imbalance. This class of men and women in a serious imbalance in the proportion of people, the problem is particularly prominent. An endless stream of interpersonal problems occupy most of the daily management of the class teacher, leading to the class in the process of management difficulties.The class management of secondary vocational school has been used to suppress the students, and to evaluate the effect of class management. This management mode also makes the class teacher have to focus on the students’ learning and discipline.Continuously for a long time, class interpersonal relationship become more and more harmonious. This kind of not harmonious interpersonal relation in class management,leading to the teacher in charge of class management work is always in the vicious circle of state is difficult to extricate, which is plaguing many class teachers in secondary vocational schools. And the related theory and viewpoint of the interpersonal relationship in the management process should pay attention to the people’s attention, the emphasis is on the "person" as the present, paying attention to the influence of the human factor to the management, and discusses the important meaning of the harmonious interpersonal relationship to the management. In this paper,it is learned the essence of the theory of interpersonal relations, in the view of constructing harmonious class relationships, discusses harmonious interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational school teachers professional class management effect, the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship of countermeasuresdiscussed in class management process. The of the kindergarten school students questionnaire, the questionnaire of system analysis and summary data, master the professional class of secondary vocational school teachers in interpersonal relationship status and the main problems, and summed up the professional class of secondary vocational school teachers exist in different types of interpersonal relationships.Through case analysis, narrative method, literature research method, experience summary method, this paper expounds the existence of different types of interpersonal relationships in the class has a profound impact on the normal operation of the class.Finally, the author according to the theory of interpersonal relationship, combined with the current status quo of the secondary vocational school teachers professional relationships, tries to illustrate how to use the concept of harmonious interpersonal relationship of scientific and effective management of secondary vocational school teachers professional this special class group, and put forward in the class management principles that should be followed in the process and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the process of class management, the class teacher should make clear the effect of harmonious interpersonal relationship to class management, pay attention to the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship in class, form a harmonious class atmosphere. The harmonious class atmosphere not only has the positive promotion effect to the class teacher management class, is more advantageous to the student to set up the correct personal relations consciousness, to cultivate the student’s healthy psychology, strengthens the student’s interpersonal skills, for the student to enter the society to lay a solid foundation in the future. It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the secondary vocational school teachers to change the class management concept, create a harmonious and democratic class cultural atmosphere.
