The aim of high school education has transformed from training the owner of knowledge to practitioner of knowledge.To achieve this goal, the comprehensive ability of student should be improved, so that students can master and apply knowledge to solve various problems in social life. In the meanwhile, transferable skills, self-management and social competence should also be improved with knowledge among students. Logistics, as one of the most important part of school work, is responsible for student training in high school. Both its duties and tasks decided that logistics should play the leading role in high school education,rather than being a spectator.Based on previous research of high school education, we analyze the importance and feasibility of the school logistics work to the high school students' social ability training, it shows that he has an irreplaceable role and trend.And we kept an eye on logistical service and discussed the comprehensive concepts and method of high school education. Focusing on both social ability training logistical educaion in high school, we conducted field investigation and interviewed in Guangdong Zhaoqing Middle School.By combining educational concept, system design, team building, environmental construction and student participating together, we found that high schools are capable of training students' social ability throughout logistical services. Zhaoqing Middle School, as the typical case in our study, provided a good reference for our subject. In this case, although there were some limitations in education system, professional quality participation, but the emphasis on top-level design, staff training, and teacher-student interaction has achieved some certain effect.To find a more effective mechanism, this paper further analyzed current problems by using logistical service to cultivate social skills of high school students: we found that resistances were mainly from the educational concept, educator quality, educational mechanism and logistic construction, ECT. To overcome these difficulties, we need to find the combination of logistical education and social skill training of high school students. What's more, we must pay more attention to functions of logistics and make concerted efforts of all educators together; Logistics staff should set an example for students as advanced workers; Innovation in logistical work can improve the quality of service while enhancing the interaction and mutual assistance between logistical staff and students; Improving the hardware and software environment, and provide better environment for students.
