The Research On Outsourcing Of Logistics Service In Private Universities

With the deepening of reform,China's socialist market economy has continued to develop and expand.In the process of rapid development of the socialist economy,China's higher education has gradually developed,and China's colleges and universities have continued to expand their enrollment for decades.The scale of higher education has surpassed that of developed countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom,ranking first in the world.But our university logistics has not kept pace with the development of education,which to a certain extent has become a bottleneck that restricts the further development of colleges and universities,and has a negative impact on the long-term development of colleges and universities.To this end,in 1999,the General Office of the State Council held a conference in Shanghai on the reform of the socialization of university logistics.It was proposed that the logistics of various universities in China have under gone socialization reforms and have achieved a series of good results.The logistics departments of universities have also changed from an administrative to a socio-economic type.The society has also produced a group of social enterprises with strong comp rehensive strength and ready to enter the university logistics service market.However,there are still some problems in the process of private university logistics outsourcing reform that we need to improve.Therefore,how to promote the smooth developmen t of the logistics of private colleges and universities and explore a road suitable for the reform of outsourcing logistics services is one of the important problems that need to be solved.After consulting a large amount of relevant literature and materia ls,this paper analyzes and summarizes the successful cases of the outsourcing of logistics services in foreign developed countries and the research results of domestic experts on the outsourcing of logistics services in private universities,and compares and analyzes the reform of outsourcing of logistics services in relevant universities at home and abroad.Relevant suggestions are put forward for reference for outsourcing logistics services in private colleges and universities in China.This paper takes Hunan foreign economics school as a case study,discusses the problems in the process of logistics service outsourcing of Hunan foreign economics school,investigates the current situation of logistics service outsourcing of Hunan foreign economics school,and analyzes the shortcomings in the process of logistics service outsourcing.The relevant suggestions are put forward,and the experience of logistics service outsourcing in Hunan Foreign Economics School is used as a reference for other private university logistics service reforms.
