A Study On The Socialization Reform Of University Logistics

University logistics is an important part of University organization, it would affect the quality of university development and the higher education. Logistics work is the basic support of school teaching and researching works. The higher education can not develope rapidly without the support of high quality of university logistics. University logistics socialization reform began in1999, and the logistics operation efficiency, support and service quality has been significantly improved, and provided a strong support for the rapid development of higher education. Logistics is no longer the bottleneck of the development of higher education. But, so far, the university logistics socialization reform is still far from its completion, the market in the allocation of resources to play a role in the logistics level is still very limited.The paper focus on the logistics socialization reform of Jimei University and based on the literature review of the logistics socialization in domestic and oversea university. It makes a detailed study on the progress, practice, achievement of the logistics socialization reform of Jimei University and other domestic university, and raise some thoughts about the reform of Jimei University. The first part of the paper introduces the background, significance, research status and theoretical basis of the universities logistics socialization reform. The second part analyzes the modes of the reform of domestic university canteen management, and compare with the advantage and disadvantage. The third part introduces the basic situation and issuses of logistics socialization reform in logistics group diet service center in Jimei University. The fourth part raises suggestions on the advance of the university diet logistics socialization reform, to implement the national policies, to choose the suitable operation mode in accordance with the real situation, to improve human resource system, to establish effective inspiriting and supervision mechanism, and to cultivate of outstanding logistics enterprise culture.This paper uses the method of literature study, the combination of macro and micro research methods, systems analysis and comparative analysis. Tries to provide a useful reference for improving logistical public service quality through the research of the logistics socialization reform of Jimei University.
