Primary school stage is the critical period of physical growth and plays an important influence in the development of human life. Participating in physical exercise in this stage is conducive to cultivate students' interest of sport. Pupils have a natural sense of dependence on their parents and relatives, and the influence of family physical education on them is more profound. “family-school” sport cooperation has a lasting impact on children' physical exercise from space and time, it is conductive to develop children's physical and mental health, as well as formulating their lifelong sport consciousness. The study investigates the current situation of the “family-school”sport cooperation in the primary schools in Panyu District, Guangzhou City and finds problems and corresponding countermeasures in them, aiming to promote the sustained and stable development of "family-school" sports cooperation in primary school, provide a reference for the quality-oriented education for primary school students.This study mainly uses literature data method, questionnaire survey method,interview method, mathematical statistics method to investigate the current situation of the “family-school” sport cooperation in six primary schools in Panyu District,Guangzhou City and analysis the related influencing factors. the study draws the following conclusions:(1) "family-school" sports cooperation in Guangzhou Panyu District primary school has a very low frequency and short time, lack of system.(2) "Family-school" sports cooperation in Guangzhou Panyu District primary school has a weak consciousness, lack of initiative;(3) "family-school" sports cooperation in Guangzhou Panyu District primary school has an insufficient organization, lack of guidance(4) "Family-school" sports cooperation in Guangzhou Panyu District primary school has a low communication efficiency between teachers and parents,lack of two-way communication,According to the conclusion of the study we reached the following suggestions:(1) establish a long-term "family-school" sports cooperation and communication mechanisms;(2) enhance the propaganda of "family-school" sports cooperation;(3)reform and establish the new pattern of school physical education;(4) strengthen the "family school" cooperation ability of physical education teachers;(5) establish inspection and supervision mechanism, to prevent the "family school" sports cooperation in becoming a mere formality;(6) adhere to the "please come in" and "going out" "family school" cooperative principle.
