In recent years,China had rolled out many new measures,for instance,The Intangible Cultural Heritage Law of the People’s Republic of China,Opinions on Further Strengthening the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage,to strengthen the protection of the intangible cultural heritage.As you can see,China attached more and more attention to intangible cultural heritage education.Guangzhou was one of the earliest cities in China,which carried out the "Intangible Cultural Heritage on campus".Yuexiu District,a developed area of Guangzhou,was an important part of Cantonese culture.Yuexiu District Education Bureau and Cultural Bureau attached great significance to resources of intangible cultural heritage education.Therefore,studying the current situation of the construction of intangible cultural heritage teachers in primary schools of Guangzhou and taking the intangible cultural heritage teachers in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou as the research object will help to promote the integration of intangible cultural heritage into the national education system.Based on two factor management theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and lifelong learning theory,this study deeply investigated the current situation of the construction of teachers in seven intangible cultural heritage characteristic primary schools in Yuexiu District,Guangzhou though the methods of literature research,investigation and research,case study and statistical analysis.The results showed that the development scale of intangible cultural heritage teachers in primary schools was limited,the development depth of intangible cultural heritage teachers was limited,and the development of intangible cultural heritage teachers was continuously limited The reasons affecting the construction and development of intangible cultural heritage teachers in primary schools in Guangzhou were the imperfect system of intangible cultural heritage education and the promotion of intangible cultural heritage teachers,and the lack of ideological construction of intangible cultural heritage teachers.Therefore,combined with the experience of primary school intangible cultural heritage teachers at home and abroad,this study put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the government level,school level and teacher level.At the government level,relevant government departments should promote the use of special funds and provide effective guarantees,such as the establishment of special funds for the construction of intangible cultural heritage teachers,the construction of intangible cultural heritage teacher training system,and the optimization of the access standards and professional title evaluation standards of intangible cultural heritage teachers.At the school level,school managers should consider refining the management mechanism and strengthening departmental guarantee,such as optimizing the management mechanism,improving management efficiency,establishing the management department of intangible cultural heritage teachers,building a "double qualified" contingent of intangible cultural heritage teachers,and providing Intangible Cultural Heritage related topics and research projects.At the teacher level,we should pay attention to cultivating teachers’ feelings and improving teachers’ scientific research ability,such as deepening teachers’ feelings and literacy of intangible cultural heritage,establishing teachers’ awareness of scientific research innovation and building the team spirit of intangible cultural heritage teachers.This study aimed to provide theoretical guidance for the teachers’ construction in Guangzhou intangible cultural heritage characteristic primary schools,improving teachers’ teaching methods,improving the comprehensive quality of teachers,improving the teaching quality.In the other hand,this study also aimed at strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics in the new era with the help of the ingenuity of non-genetic inheritors.
