Juvenile sports club refers to the use of social sports resources to establish a service for young students for the purpose of non-profit sports organizations.At present,the youth sports club listed in the school,the school site facilities and human resources advantages and social resources to get a good combination and full development and utilization,so that the youth sports club to play a greater role.Now the Guangzhou Youth Sports Club is actually the original management model,then join the youth sports club work.This paper chooses the youth sports club in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou as the research object,and takes the management personnel,young students and coaches of the primary school youth sports club as the object of investigation.Through the literature data,field investigation,questionnaires and interviews,based on the basic situation of primary school,Guangzhou Yuexiu District primary school youth sports club activities,membership and organization,human resources and site facilities and financial situation And so on the operation of the status quo were analyzed.The study shows that at present,the development of the youth sports club in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City from the creation to the present scale,the many problems that exist in the course of the operation of the club also need to be improved,mainly: 1,primary school youth sports club management staff is not perfect,professional managers and the lack of full-time coaches,there is no corresponding personnel training system,rules and regulations are not sound enough;2,there is more than primary school,primary school site-limited situation of youth sports clubs,school clubs and sports equipment and equipment replacement is too slow;3,the current elementary school youth sports club is holding on to rely on training costs to survive the idea to do the club,the club single source of funding,financing models,mainly rely on reinvested sports lottery and membership training costs,managers lack a clear development Strategy and planning;4,primary school youth sports clubs propaganda is not enough,there is no use of mass media and other intermediary functions to enhance the soft power of the club;5,primary school junior sports clubs in narrow range of services,loss of youth sports The purpose of serving the club;6,the level of primary school teachers coaches youth sports clubs uneven,hiring coaches threshold is too low.At the same time,we also need to see the development of existing youth sports clubs in primary schools gain and loss,and to find a generalrule,to provide a reference for the development of primary school youth sports clubs.
