There exist long-standing problems in the pension marketing, which is closely related to the national overall economic development level and people's living standard. It even influences the social stability and people's happy life. In recent years,China's economy get continuously developed, while inflation and other problems occur frequently. At the same time, the original value methods of Chinese pension make its yield lower than the growth rate of CPI; consequently, the amount of pension decreased; equally, the profit of applicants is lower than their original deposit. Under this circumstance, pension loses its important significance as a measure to guarantee people's life. According to the western experience, it is a feasible approach to enter into the market. In view of this, pension market is an irresistible trend and it is an efficient way to insure the hedge and increment of pension.Since 2012, trial pension marketing has been promoted in some areas of China and it was indeed an audacious experiment. Though good results were presented, it is undeniable that the current conditions cannot fully meet the requirements of pension market, especially the regulations and rules. Since the establishment of New China,relevant laws and regulations have not been carried out. After XI Jinping came into power, the idea of law-based governance was highlighted, so pension-related laws and regulations must be introduced as soon as possible. The imperfectness of similar laws and regulations will certainly lead to many loopholes and hinder developments. In addition, the risk prevention and supervision involved in pension marketing must be improved. The essay is aimed at ameliorating the measures of pension marketing supervision system through the document research, investigation, contrast and analysis of economy, law, society and other aspects from home and abroad.This paper argues that, based on the current pension fund system and the current development situation of capital market, China's pension marketing should strictly adhere to limited supervision philosophy. Under this concept, regulatory legislation of pension marketing should be improved; regulation enforcement of pension marketing should be optimized; judicial supervision of pension fund should be strengthened. Theessay is divided into four parts. Firstly, it aims at analyzing the existing impediment of pension marketing and the reasons why it cannot be fully implemented.At the same time, it tells what the pension marketing is and the shares of pension marketing. Secondly, it deeply delves into the current supervision situation of pension marketing and points out the problems; meanwhile, it introduces the importance of perfecting the legislation supervision system of pension marketing. Thirdly, it hopes to explore a pension marketing system suitable for China's national situations combined with successful experience from home and abroad. Finally, it will discuss the phenomena of legal regulatory loopholes of pension marketing in China and put forward some proper suggestions.
