On Sports Safety Education-A Research Based On General Universities In Henan Province

With the development of modern society,more and more people are beginning to pay attention to sports, making sports an indispensable part in their daily life. The more we are into sports, the more time we spend in it. This might lead to some accidents or injuries, which not only stifle our passion but also exert a detrimental influence, even an irreversible consequence on our physical health. College students physical condition each gradually in sports injury situation is gradually increased,the safe campus buried safe hidden trouble. So,carrying out sports safety education in colleges and universities is a main way to learning related knowledge of sports safety, which can enhance the students' safety awareness, and improve the ability to protecting themselves and others,therefore to prevent and reduce sports injury accident and smoothly carry out school sports activities.This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, in 10 common colleges and universities in Henan province(including 5 undergraduate course colleges and 5 junior colleges) investigation and analysis, investigating the condition of the sports safety education and research, and the following main conclusions:First, the physical education teachers in common colleges and universities in Henan province think the sports safety is very important. Sports safety education conducted by physical education teachers.Second, in the ordinary university physical education, extracurricular sports activities or all kinds of sports competition, the injury accidents are more common. Physical education teachers think in practical teaching at the same time, the sports safety education and training is necessary, but the school lack of sports safety education and training of teachers.Third, the teaching of physical education teachers in the usual had to teach students about the safety knowledge about sports, mostly common sense, knowledge and method of prevention and protection class. Students think their grasp of the sports safety knowledge level more generally.Fourth, Physical education teacher is strict with students in sports class dress, but in each class of venues and equipment arrangement and check does not reach the designated position, there is a widespread area and the insufficiency, the personnel crowded, and so on and so forth. The sports venues and equipment maintenance and maintenance aspects did not cause the attention of the school. Most students would occasionally look at themselves and field and the safety of the equipment.Fifth, the abnormal behavior when the student movement and after emergency accidents occur, take the behavior of the physical education teachers is reasonable, can have the effect of education students, not only can reduce the damage to a great extent the consequences; Students in their sports behavior after the emergency damage from outside threats and processing.Sixth, sports safety education in ordinary colleges and universities to carry out the method of basic teaching for physical education teachers, most of the teachers and students all think school propaganda effect is very general, a lot of students called on schools to develop more diversified, more interesting sports safety education.Seventh,to strengthen sports safety education in common colleges and universities in Henan province, this paper also puts forward some following suggestions: The school should strengthen the propaganda of sports safety knowledge, combined with various of sports safety education for students. School safety education should be combined with a variety of ways to carry out the sports and sports safety education and training of physical education teachers to the students' ability of sports safety assessment and evaluation, and give full play to the students' subjectivity safety campaign, combined with all social forces to improve students' sports security capabilities.
