High school ideological and political teachers' teaching ability throughout the whole process of ideological and political education, but also the concentrated reflection of the education teaching process.Teachers' teaching ability directly affect the teaching effect is good or bad, or even directly influence on high school students' mental health development.In addition, the ability of the high school ideological and political teacher's teaching is not only a political lesson education teaching effectively carry out the necessary conditions, but also the new curriculum reform and education cause rapid development request inevitably.Due to the political changes of knowledge is not very big, political teachers about the content of the same year after year there will be a professional weary feeling, have no incentive to study teaching, how to motivate self teaching senior middle school politics teachers in henan province in order to better promote the professional development is also political teacher need to ponder question.Which can be seen that to study these problems have very practical significance in reality.Based on this background, the author from the issue of research, using the method of literature research, first of all, the concept of political teachers in middle school and its teaching ability and other related concepts are described; secondly, this paper expounds the theory and professional development of the teaching ability of young political teachers in middle schools; finally, on the basis of this theory, the questionnaire survey method was used to collect the relevant theoretical and practical data.Through induction and analysis of problems existing in the process of middle school youth political teachers teaching situation and countermeasures are discussed.The development of teaching ability of young teachers in middle schools has its profound research purpose and value, and analyzes the teaching situation and teaching ability, and discusses the deficiency of the teaching ability. On the basis of systematic research, this paper makes a comprehensive exposition of the current situation and improvement measures of teaching ability by using scientific research methods such as literature data analysis, investigation and empirical research. On the basis of consulting a large number of literature review, the main research object is the part of Zhu Madian high school youth political teacher, combining with the data and analysis results, the article makes a comprehensive summary of the problems existing in the professional development of middle school youth political teachers, and makes a brief analysis of the main problems. It is believed that there are many abilities of teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation, teaching research and so on, which exist in the teaching ability of young political teachers in middle school. And the reason why these problems, mainly due to the lack of social concern of the political teachers, the school does not provide a good teaching environment, the teacher in-service training system is not perfect, the middle school youth political teachers own problems, for these problems and reasons, this paper puts forward the scientific and reasonable suggestions.
