And at the same time, China also gives great impetus to Football League at all levels.School-football has been stepped into a new stage in 2013. In addition to carry out School-Football League, China also strengthens the construction of football class, because physical education class is the primary class in elementary school and pupil’s primary way to participate in sports.Organizing football class’ s teaching content reasonably can give teacher a foundation to daily teaching, make students study football well, arise students’ interest on football and give food a overall popularization in the group of students.This thesis takes Athletic Training, School Physical Education, Exercise Physiology and Football Teaching Design as theoretical basis. And by studying relevant articles and taking interviews with experts and professors in universities, the writer of this thesis fully comprehends related concept of school soccer class, arrangement of football class content, and physical and psychological features of young people. And after deciding the theoretical basis, the writer takes field study about the football class’ s conduct situation in Kaifeng’s 12 characteristic elementary school which carries out school football class, and the writer then takes a face-to-face interview with the instructors, then get the first hand information.By taking the investigation, several facts can be found.First, it’s very necessary to carry out football class in elementary school, and there are still some problems in carrying out football class in Kaifeng. Because of lacking suggestive teaching program and matched football teaching material, instructor can’t make the class well-regulated, they even can’t conduct soccer teaching.Second, students in elementary school have a large age span, and they have different physical and psychological features, thus the teaching plan of football class should be in coincidence with their features. Third, the teachers who teach football for a long time are very familiar with teaching content, and can choose football skill, football tactics and theoretical knowledge wisely. Forth, the construction of football class’ s content can’t run counter to the demands in Compulsory Schooling Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard, and should have reasonable course arrangement and teaching objectives. And the construction of football class’ s content should make students familiar with football, feel the charm of football, arise the interests on football and help to their physical and mental development in the weekly football class.Focused on the problems in carrying out soccer class, by analyzing and summarizing the data collected from mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this thesis discusses the construction of elementary school’s football class. And under the premise of setting football class’ s teaching objectives in different levels, this thesis also classifies the football’s teaching skills, tactics and theoretical knowledge, then find out the scientificity and necessity of choosing the certain teaching content. Second, the content of football class in elementary school must apply to the regulations and spirit in The New Curriculum Standard and National School Football Event Planning for Teenagers. Forth, under the situation of clarifying teaching objectives in different levels, the teaching content should be consistent.
