The essence of the development of campus football in China is based on campus football characteristic schools,based on popularizing and improving students' football knowledge and skill level,with the goal of enhancing students' physique,tempering students' will quality,and cultivating students' excellent qualities.Guide students to participate in football,so as to achieve the purpose of educating people.Based on this,this study studies the implementation of football lessons in the characteristic school of Zhengzhou City Elementary School Campus Football,in order to promote the sustainable development of Zhengzhou City Campus Football.This research investigates the current status of the implementation of football lessons in the characteristic football school of the primary school campus in Zhengzhou City through the use of literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and uses the "two-factor theory" as the research basis,from guarantee factors and incentives.Two dimensions of factors were used to investigate the status quo of the implementation of the football class in the primary school campus football school in Zhengzhou.Through the investigation and analysis of the football class in the primary school campus football school in Zhengzhou,the following conclusions were drawn:Problems existing in the implementation of the football class in the characteristic football school of the primary school campus of Zhengzhou City:(1)In terms of guarantee factors: the school football teaching facilities are lacking,the football teaching funds are less invested,and the football infrastructure is not fully equipped;the school football related rules and regulations Not sound;there are fewer professional football teachers.(2)In terms of motivation factors: students participate in football games less frequently in school,and most of them participate in the football team members or the members of the school football team;parents do not have enough knowledge about football;the campus football culture is relatively simple;The football start rate is low.The optimization strategies for the implementation of the football class in the campus football special schools in the primary schools of Zhengzhou City are as follows: the optimization strategy of the guarantee factors:(1)the strategy of improving working conditions,encouraging the campus football special schools to cooperate with the social enterprises;(2)the increase of wages and guarantees Strategies,broaden teaching financing channels,improve the school's welfare guarantee system,and improve the welfare of physical education teachers.(3)Strengthen policies and management strategies,improve sports teacher training related systems,and at the same time establish a comprehensive reward and punishment evaluation system and establish an open platform for information;(4)Personal promotion and growth strategies: build a training platform for sports teachers to participate in football;Guide sports teachers to actively carry out academic research;Motivation factor strategies:(1)Improve achievement factor strategies,improve the competition system of campus football characteristic schools;(2)Improve identity factor strategies: The government and schools should cooperate with the media to strengthen the promotion of characteristic schools Strength;(3)Strategies to strengthen the work itself: increase the hours of physical education courses,and at the same time increase the ratio of football classes in physical education classes.
