The referees are playing an important role in the competition, the referee is accurate and fair, and can promote the smooth development of the competition, the referee training system for the quality of the personnel training, the purification of Sanda competition, promote the improvement of the level of play, and increase the influence of martial arts, etc.. However, with the continuous changes of the Sanda rules, speeding up the development of the market and the high level of competition, it is more and more high. The traditional and single player's training system needs to be improved. This study from the Henan province Sanda referees training status quo, through the analysis of the construction of the whole of the province to build a complete system of Sanda referees to put forward their own views and suggestions.In this paper, literature, surveys, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the current situation in Henan Sanda referees research and analysis. The results show that: the province Referees basic structure is irrational, gender imbalance(Male: Female=9:1), geographical distribution significantly different(Zhengzhou 50%, Kaifeng 10%, Xinxiang 7.5%, Luoyang 7.5%); Referees tend to be younger, but less than 30 years of age the young reserve forces(17.5%); referees information records are incomplete, incomplete; Referees Bachelor degree or above accounted for about 50%, lower proportion of highly educated, need to improve the overall level; Sanda referee training course time and more stable way, combining theoretical and practical training in the use of the way, but the lack of professional training Referees' Comprehensive Quality training; Referees good motivation, higher comprehensive evaluation of coaches and athletes for referees, judges should pay attention to individual learning and self-regulation; a lower overall level of scientific research referee, then learning atmosphere is not dense; province Referees send and call unreasonable, some referee calls based on the selected process and is not clear; the lack of specific incentive mechanisms and standardized documents, lack of Referees activities to collect, manage and update; evaluation, assessment, appointment mechanisms are inadequate Most management staff and related personnel recommendation mere impression like formation evaluation of a Sanda referee; umpire access to information channels for a single, mostly to the lack of official municipal website, associations and other information transmission mechanism.The author analyzes the results after the study the following recommendations: Constructing the PDCA model of the training system of Sanda referees in Henan Province.
