Vigorously developing secondary vocational education is the national medium and long-term educational reform and planning content. As an important part of senior high school education in our country, secondary vocational school plays an important role in improving the level of regional economic development. Secondary vocational school is the urgent needs of the economic and social development,and it undertakes the important task of training hundreds of millions of high-quality skilled workers. With the development of economy and society, the relationship between the development of secondary vocational school and the regional economy is growing more and more direct and is also growing closer.But because there is a vast territory in our country regional development level is different, the development of secondary vocational school and regional economic cooperation interaction in some relatively backward economic development of the country mostly stays in the shallow, even there is no interaction in reality, so the situation is not optimistic.The topic research takes Xiayi KongZu secondary vocational school as an example, through disposing the survey datum about the number of enrollment, professional structure, and the students of secondary vocational school working in local enterprises, and analysis deeply the problems of interaction between regional economy and secondary vocational school.Combining with the actual situation of economic development in Xiayi country, it puts forward two aspects about KongZu secondary vocational school not promoting regional economic development regional economy lacking of KongZu secondary vocational school positive influence, and summarizes the causes of problems, analyzing deeply them from four aspects, the reason of their consciousness of interaction, the reason of third-party government not reveal the cause of the intermediary role, the reason of lack of the interactive development mechanism and the reason of in incompleteness in interactive development policies.For benign interaction development solution between secondary vocational school and regional economy are from : 1.In terms of secondary vocation school, saving energy interact with regional economy.2. In terms of government, strengthen strength of overall coordination of secondary vocational school and regional economy.3. In terms of interactive services, bridge architecture of interactive development between secondary vocational school and regional economy.4. In terms of laws and regulation, develop security policies between secondary vocational school and regional economy. They are the overall effective countermeasures of Xiayi KongZu secondary vocational school interact with regional economic development which are from four aspects.According to putting forward questions, analyzing issues and solve problems, the research is divided into six parts:1.The first section introduces the social background of the research, defines the relevant research at home and abroad.2.The second section theoretically analyzes the relationship between secondary vocational school and regional economy.3.The third section introduces the current situation of interaction between Xiayi KongZu secondary vocational school and regional economy.4.The fourth section analyzes the causes of existing problems of interaction between secondary vocational school and regional economy.5.The fifth section putts forward the strategies of the benign interactive development between secondary vocational school and regional economy.6.The sixth section is summary and prospect.The theoretical significance of the research is that can help us deeply understand the secondary vocational schools, the regional economy and other important concepts and the relationship between them deeply. Deep understanding of the relationship between secondary vocational school and regional economy will help us deeply think and judge the problems about effective playing the function of government, long-term development of the secondary vocational school and regional economic development and so on. The topic research provides some practically scientific strongly practical theoretical reference and support in promoting the development of secondary vocational school, the development of regional economy and interactive development between secondary vocational school and regional economy. It also provides theoretical exploration and reference for the healthy development of secondary vocational school and regional economy.The ultimate goal of theoretical study done is to service practice, mainly guiding practice and solving the problems that exist in the reality. In this paper, the author's study on policies on interactive development between secondary vocational school and regional economy has very strong timeliness and practical significance, has a strong guiding significance and practical value in reform and development of secondary vocational schools and interaction with the regional economic development in Xiayi and other areas, and also provides a reference example for economic development in other areas across the country.
