“Shadow education”, it likes the public school education's shadow, follows the pace of mainstream education. The school teaching content is its main teaching goal. Primary and middle school students are its main object. To improve the students' academic achievement is its purpose. It has a certain scale and specialized teaching place, full-time staff to provide a kind of educational activities. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, shadow education also develops rapidly. It had a negative impact on the public school education. Shadow education need to pay to get, so it will have a negative impact on education equity. It has the certain obstacles for students' long-term development.New curriculum reform advocates quality-oriented education, the shadow education teaches students the way to test. It has a certain utility. Taking J district, Zhengzhou city for example, focusing on the countermeasures of three senior high school students. To investigate the basic situation in the shadow education of senior high school students, the subjects, the time, the expenses, the level of teachers, the score changes after school, in order to analyze the causes of these problems, find out solution.Through the investigation of three different levels of senior high schools in J District of Zhengzhou, the author found that shadow education has far-reaching influence. It can not reduce the students' burden and bring certain economic burden. For those who take part in the shadow education in the early age, they are forced to attend that or based on the need to attend, just one purpose which is to improve their scores in the college entrance examination. it is bound to have a negative impact.The research based on the problems, such as shadow education's remediation strength, remediation courses, remediation teachers, remediation effects, in-service teachers in paid tutor, social stratum difference caused by shadow education, finding out the causes of shadow education from the college entrance examination system, Henan college entrance examination competition, the difference between school and teacher, student individual and gender differences, economic factors and market factors, social factors and the traditional multiple levels. Finally, we expect that through the college entrance examination system reform, to carry out quality-oriented education; evaluate high school students' comprehensive quality, liberal arts branch is no longer set up, and let students choose their subjects; Higher education's system of select talents should connect with high school education system, reducing the waste of education resources. The government should reform the education service system, introduce the shadow education regulatory policy, and correctly guide public opinion to cut the influence of schools, families, students from the shadow education. Schools should improve the teaching efficiency, base on the students' ability to teach. Family, should set up correct view of personnel training, pay attention to the students ability raise, not to rely too much on the shadow education, pay attention to children personality development.
