"Shadow education" refers to the existence in the formal school education, Similar to the school curriculum or school curriculum " homogenization expansion "as teaching content, Primary and secondary school students are receiving formal education as an object, in order to improve the academic performance of these students in the school, A certain size, in certain places, counseling agencies have specific staff organization teaching an educational activity. Since2004its rapid development period, showing a mature, standardized and a wide range of strong development momentum. In recent years, the development is showing a very state of the surge, is the shadow of formal schooling, but a great overwhelming trend. Therefore between formal schooling is no longer purely functional complementary relationship, generated a lot of negative impact on the healthy development of school education.In order to eliminate these negative effects, the relevant departments to take appropriate measures, the effect is not only obvious, shadow education has become even more severe. As the physical and mathematical said projection, because the light is not bright enough and there is no projected from all directions, which leads to the existence of the shadow. Another point of view, the shadow education’s rapid development, while there are many influencing factors, but low effectiveness of school teaching is one of the many influencing factors, and is the most fundamental factor. Then to suppress shadow education continue to grow and thus reduce its negative impact on formal schooling, only by force suppression is not effective palliative. To reflect improvements from the low effectiveness of the regular school teaching, to improve the effectiveness of teaching can effectively inhibit the development and growth of the shadow education fundamentally, the negative impact of education will naturally dissipate along.Is the so-called know ourselves before being victorious. The shadow education is to meet part of the demand can not meet the students of the school teaching, was able to present development. In this paper the the shadow education goals, the main evaluation, organizational forms and the teacher-student relationship from the start, trying to find the shadow education and teaching how to meet the needs of the students in these areas as well as the extent of the meet, which is why it can be the direct cause of the existence and development and growth. The fundamental reason is caused by the imperfections of schools teaching in these areas. From this sight to reflect on the effectiveness of school teaching, school teaching more efficient, better posture to suppress the development of the shadow education.
