Research On Running Universities With Characteristics:from The Perspective Of Autonomous Enrollment

Running schools with characteristics is the higher requirements that our government sets for running universities in the new period. Not only does it conform to the inner laws of education, but also makes them keep their predominance in the fierce market competition.Under the autonomous enrollment system, schools and students are in optimal matching, they are like a strong union. On the contrary, running schools with characteristics also adapts to the psychological characteristics and thinking characteristics of students. It fully reflects the personalities of students. Under the circumstances, schools and students achieve the win-win goal. Admitting students who are suitable to the feature of the school will further promote the teaching reform of China’s universities, and it is helpful to cultivate and form the school-running characteristics. Based on the former and existing studies on autonomous enrollment and running schools with characteristics, and by referring to similar foreign experiences, this dissertation, thereafter studied the relationship between autonomous enrollment and running schools with characteristics by adopting various research methods, and put forward several new points of view and suggestions. It is suggested that running schools with characteristics incorporates three aspects:schools change from no characteristics to characteristics, from unclear features to distinctive characteristics, universities make self-reflections and explore how to make the use of their own features to cultivate characteristic, innovative and high-quality talents. Based on that, I point out that the ultimate goal of autonomous enrollment and running schools with characteristics is to improve the qualities of higher education; The common pursuit of autonomous enrollment and running schools with characteristics is to broaden the autonomous running of universities;The ideal of universities is the memorandum of autonomous enrollment and running schools with characteristics; Cultivating innovative talents is the inner power of forming a good circulation between autonomous enrollment and running schools with characteristics.
